I have been very active in the AGA since 1995, as a player and a tournament director as well as in various national staff positions, including Membership Secretary, Webmaster, and Tournament Coordinator. I have played in more than 260 tournaments and directed and trained directors in more tournaments than I can count or remember (partial list below).

My active involvement in tournaments means that I will have an unusually good opportunity to personally converse with members about my and their hopes and concerns regarding the AGA and matters before the Board of Directors.

I am particularly concerned about finding ways to grow the membership of the AGA more rapidly. An important step in achieving this goal is to make AGA membership more valuable, which I believe we can do by working together.
